Terms and Conditions

  1. I will ensure that my son/daughter will follow all the safety protocols and guidelines mentioned in the SOP shared by BFC Soccer Schools.
  2. I will ensure that my son/daughter will follow physical distancing norms and personal hygiene for their own safety and the safety of the other around them.
  3. I will ensure that my son/daughter is equipped with facemasks, hand sanitizer and his/her own water bottles and other personal equipment.
  4. I will immediately inform the BFC Soccer Schools officials if someone in my family shows any possible COVID-19 symptoms.
  5. I will immediately inform the BFC Soccer Schools officials in case anyone in my family has come in contact with someone who has tested positive for coronavirus or has shown possible symptoms in the last 14 days.
  6. Despite all the measures taken, if my son/daughter shows symptoms of COVID-19 or tests positive, I will not hold BFC Soccer Schools accountable.
  7. I have read and understood the SOP sent by BFC Soccer Schools.
  8. I hereby waive any right, action, claim or demand against BFC, its affiliates,sponsors, advertisers, consultants, officers, directors, team managers, employees,drivers, agents, heirs, successors and assignees, arising out of or in connectionwith my son/daughter’s participation in any football matches or training organizedby BFC Soccer Schools.
  9. I also acknowledge and agree that football training requires rigorous physical activity, and participation in training may expose the participant to personal or bodily injury, disability (permanent or temporary), injury or loss of limb.
  10. I understand and voluntarily agree to resume any and all of the liability and risks of my son/daughter participating/competing in any football matches/training organised by BFC Soccer Schools.
  11. The training fee for the course is INR 3500 per month, as mentioned on our website. The training fee is not refundable or adjustable under any circumstances.
  12. BFC Soccer Schools officials and coaches will never ask you to make any payments in cash towards fees or other services and you are advised to avoid making any such payments.
  13. Fees paid will not be refunded. Any adjustments on number of classes may only be permitted on priorapproval from BFC management (not coaches).
  14. I understand and voluntarily agree to BFC Soccer Schools’ time-table and schedule for the training classes, which are liable to be changed or modified based on circumstances that may arise.
